Wisecap Group Publishes Its 2025 Sustainability Report

Wisecap Group has published its 2025 Sustainability Report, its second annual report on environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance. The document brings together the Group’s initiatives, results and priorities, providing customers, employees, suppliers and partners with an overview of its sustainability journey.

As a manufacturer of caps and closures for the beverage industry, Wisecap continues to integrate sustainability into its industrial activities and business decisions. The new report outlines how this commitment translates into action across production processes, product development, people management and corporate governance.

Environmental Responsibility and Product Innovation

The report examines key environmental topics, including energy consumption, greenhouse gas emissions, water management, waste and raw materials.

It also explores the role of research and innovation in developing caps and closures, including lightweight solutions and tethered caps. These activities form part of the Group’s approach to improving resource efficiency and responding to evolving packaging requirements.

People, Communities and Responsible Governance

People remain central to Wisecap’s sustainability approach. The report covers occupational health and safety, employee training, equal opportunities and initiatives supporting wellbeing in the workplace.

It also highlights the Group’s relationships with local communities through educational, cultural, sporting and social initiatives.

Alongside these activities, the report addresses business ethics, transparency and supply chain engagement. In 2025, Wisecap expanded its stakeholder engagement to include strategic suppliers in the materiality analysis, bringing external perspectives into the identification of sustainability priorities.

A Shared Commitment to Continuous Improvement

The 2025 Sustainability Report is the result of collaboration across the Group’s plants and business functions. Collecting and consolidating information from different teams has helped build a shared picture of the activities carried out and the areas requiring further attention.

This second edition marks another step in strengthening sustainability monitoring and reporting. It also provides a basis for continued dialogue with stakeholders and for further integrating ESG considerations into the Group’s strategy and operations.
